“No Refund or No Exchange”

Under what circumstances we do not refund:-

  • You made a mistake and downloaded an incorrect file
  • You can not install the downloaded theme or plugin
  • A theme or plugin does not work in any way or is not compatible with your hosting and WordPress
  • A license or purchase code is required for a theme or plugin
  • You broke your website during a theme or a plugin was being installed
